Most people call me Becky! I am a journalism and general agriculture student at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Here you will find details regarding my skills and experiences, as well as my passions and aspirations. 

     While seeking my degree in journalism, I have been working as an associate news producer at Ozarks First (FOX 49, KOLR 10, and KOZL) as well as a news reporter for KSMU Radio in Springfield. I am graduating in May 2025 and will be open to moving for radio or television reporting/multimedia journalism jobs.

     Being a Springfield native, I saw lots of unique lives that filled my community growing up. As I have gotten older, I have found a passion for sharing their stories with others through journalism. 

     I hope to achieve this goal through the leadership and communication skills I have built throughout my studies at Missouri State as well as my work experience in the media and service industry.
