Most people call me Becky! While seeking my degree in journalism, I have been working as an associate news producer at Ozarks First (FOX 49, KOLR 10, and KOZL) and a news reporter for KSMU Ozarks Public Radio in Springfield. I am graduating from Missouri State University in May 2025 and will be open to moving for radio or television reporting/MMJ positions.

     Being a Springfield native, I met lots of diverse people who filled my community growing up. As I have gotten older, I have found a passion for sharing their stories with others through journalism. 

     I have built my capabilities throughout the leadership and communication skills I developed during my studies at Missouri State and through my work experience in the media and service industry.
